The amount of evidence that is needed to persuade the British embassy that the visa application is real can be over whelming, get the evidence wrong or provide incorrect evidence to support the visa application and the visa will be refused. Many people are refused as a result of the strength of the evidence provided at the time of the UK visa application.

When your Thai partner is refused a Visa to the UK, the Embassy officer will indicate the reasons that the UK visa has been refused. It is important to understand, whatever reasons given in the refusal letter, if there are no changes made to the UK sponsor and Thai partner’s situations, then the Visa will be refused yet again.
On many occasions UK Visas have been refused even though the Thai and UK Citizen meet all the criteria but because the application was badly collated or incorrect information were handed in to the British embassy at the time of the application.
